STANDARD PREFAB

Fast construction is one of the big advantages of Smarthouse standard prefab. Because the parts of a standard prefab are delivered pre-made, the only work needed is assemble them and hook up the home to the needed utilities. Hence the name “modular.” The Smarthouse standard prefab goes up much faster because it arrives partially constructed, which translates to: fewer days of crew on site, less delays due to bad weather condition and absences due to illnesses, prevention of extending construction schedule. Still, there’s more to consider than just the construction time. Site preparation, including obtaining permits and regulatory documentations, can be a lengthy process.

Aluminum frame with double-sided, oven-baked GI sheet with 50mm styrofoam insulation.

FLOORING

Plywood flooring for 2nd and 3rd floors.
